What is CMRP Consulting and how can it benefit your organization?
The Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals offers Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) recognition to individuals who demonstrate their ability as maintenance and reliability managers and successfully pass an examination that rates the individual's strengths in five areas: business and management, manufacturing process reliability, equipment reliability, people skills and work management.

- Findings are documented and presented to the executive team with a recommended course of action.
- Defining and gathering Equipment, PM Task and Schedule data into the CMMS
- Configuring the eMaint CMMS to match client's workflow and business processes
- Customized CMMS training to help maintenance professionals develop best CMMS practices
- Defining and creating custom reports in eMaint to measure desired KPIs
- Developing SOPs for the maintenance organization
- Storeroom organization and setup for effective inventory management
- Project Management
