A pre-implementation assessment is a comprehensive and systematic on-site analysis of your operation to identify the current state of the organization with respect to CMMS implementation:

- What is the Roadmap for successful implementation?

The System Audit process is designed to help you measure the effectiveness of the CMMS implementation and identify areas of improvement. Typically, System Audits occur in two phases. Phase one takes place prior to system implementation, where eMaint works with your team to identify your implementation goals and your ROI and key performance indicators. Phase two is usually performed 3 to 6 months after system implementation. In phase two, our team conducts an analysis of your CMMS system usage to determine if it is in compliance with business objectives as defined during phase one. Once we've conducted the audit, our team will share the results and findings and make recommendations toward continuous effectiveness and improvement.
